Whats On My Playlist?
Musics moves us and helps create the “vibe”, “mood” or “energy”, someone or a group of people are looking for.
When it comes to the type of music that I like to listen to during my workout, my playlist is a combination of old and new school hip hop music. My full playlist varies from uplifting music, to the “hustle” life and just straight classics that will never get old to me.
My days vary from training clients, working on VELA fitness accessories, Mastermind Connect, writing and working on bridging industries through fitness.
To say the least, music helps keep me in the right vibe throughout the day.Things tend to get hectic so when it’s time for my workout, songs where the artist is talking about their ups and downs helps me on my journey to keep pushing forward for the future I’m creating.
Below are my top 10 songs. Put them in your workout rotation.
