The legendary rock band, Red Hot Chili Peppers has recently made an official announcement that the band will perform at the Pyramid of Giza. The band has planned to stream the event live from the place of the concert on March 15, 2019, on their official website. Since the year 2011, the band had started to stream it’s every other live gig through the official web portal.
Speaking to the press, Bassist Flea said that before every tour his body starts to get a sensation of pure excitement. He further told the reporters that the band is ready to meet new friends and taste great exotic cuisines. Mr. Flea gave emphasis on learning which he thinks helps a person to attain perfection. He further said that he was always fascinated by Egypt and pyramids and at last it’s like a dream come true.
At present, the band is working on their eleventh album which according to them can be considered as a second part to The Getaway which the group had released in 2016. While talking to the press, Chad Smith said that it was the hardest task for the band to work on their album at the time when southern California was devastated by Woolsey fire.
The band further told reporters that how their progress on upcoming album got affected. They further stated that though no harm was done to their recording place, but the band wasn’t able to get back to the place where they were recording the album.
During a press event the CEO of 7 Cinematics told the reporters that the event would be grand, he further stated that it will be a great opportunity for them to show their talent to the global population. Due to the present gig, the band would join the legion of Bruce Springsteen, Frank Sinatra, Shakira, Sting and Maria Carey who had performed at the Pyramids of Giza.
