Phoenix, Arizona – Rising Shooting Guard Devin Booker fist-bumped a baby after draining a difficult 2-point shot in the last seconds of the first quarter against the New Orleans Pelicans.
We all know how dangerous Devin Booker who is almost impossible to guard both outside the perimeter and in the paint. Most Shooting Guards would probably tremble in fear when they find out that they would go against Chris Paul, Devin Booker, and Deandre Ayton.
Devin Booker confirmed the Pelicans’ fear by ending the first half with 31 points. A mixture of luck and skill allowed Booker to fall beside a child in his father’s arms.

Despite the amazing first half, Devin Booker suffered a hamstring injury in the middle of the third quarter, forcing him to leave for the remainder of the game.
Suns coach Monty Williams did not provide additional information about Booker’s injury. However, he did express his optimism when he said, “If we have to play without Devin, we will take the next player to replace them.”
His absence gave the Suns a loss against the Pelican.
The Phoenix Suns would need to find a way to prevent the Pelicans from shooting 68% last game. The Suns also blundered 16 turnovers that eventually turned into fastbreak points.
As for the beloved Devin Booker, Suns fans can only hope to see him again for another outstanding performance.
