Camille Kostek and Rob Gronkowski, a beloved couple, are celebrating a significant milestone today, marking 10 years since their relationship began. The pair first crossed paths a decade ago when they both were part of the New England Patriots, Kostek as a cheerleader and Gronkowski as the team’s tight end.
Kostek, a six-time SI Swimsuit model, reminisced about their journey in her Instagram story on November 22. She shared the first photo of them together, a group picture from a charity event at Goodwill in Boston in 2013, highlighting that it was taken on the exact day they met a decade ago.
In the photo’s caption, Kostek mentioned how, at that moment, they had not yet known each other and that shortly after the photo, Gronkowski’s number was discreetly passed to her, marking the beginning of their relationship. The 31-year-old model and TV host, who previously mentioned to SI Swimsuit the need to keep their relationship private for two years due to team regulations, then posted a series of photos comparing their early days together with their current life.
Kostek reflected on their shared experiences, mentioning the variety of life events they’ve encountered together, including celebrations, global travels, living in different cities, breakups, and numerous challenges that fostered growth. She emphasized the unpredictability of life, its challenges, and rewards, and expressed their commitment to living in the present, embracing growth, love, kindness, and fun.
The couple commemorated this special day by visiting Boston Children’s Hospital, where they spent time with children and their families, continuing their tradition of giving back. Kostek and Gronkowski, 34, who are cofounders of the charitable sweepstakes platform Voomerang, highlighted their gratitude for the attention they receive worldwide and expressed hope that their visit would inspire others to engage in community service and philanthropy.
