Irish songwriter and singer Niall Horan revealed to his fans through Twitter about a recent surgery that he underwent. He had undergone a special surgery of his sinuses. He tweeted to his fans on Friday that the surgery was successful and has been recovering soon.
Niall recently completed his Flicker World Tour last month after which he decided to use some of his time to get himself treated.
He revealed that he would lay low and spend some time to recover from the surgery. Although it is not clear what the type of treatment he went through, but he did complain about the sinus infection. He said he was in pain and always suffered from nasal issues.
The Flicker World Tour was undoubtedly an exhausting one. The singer revealed that the tour had drained him completely and he had taken to Twitter to reveal to his fans about him being not in the best of health.
One Direction star has also had a knee surgery back in 2014. Niall Horan has planned not to take any more work this year and take the free time to relax and gain back his lost strength as well as recover from his surgery.
He had also mentioned that he would work on fresh content during his break. He said he would not stop writing until he has written some good tunes and will be back only when he has something new for his fans. His fans love him for his solo debut album – Flicker which was released last year in the month of October. He has also received several awards in various categories which include BMI Pop Awards, SOCAN Awards, BMI London Awards, American Music Awards, etc.
